Devices & Setup

Which devices are supported?
We support virtually every streaming device: Amazon Firestick, Android Boxes (Shield TV, Formuler), Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony), MAG Boxes, iOS, Android, and Web Browsers.
How do I get my login credentials?
After your purchase is confirmed, your Xtream Codes API details (URL, Username, Password) are sent via Email or Telegram within 5-15 minutes.
Can I use one subscription on two TVs?
Each standard subscription allows for one active stream at a time. You can install it on multiple devices, but streaming simultaneously on more than one device requires an additional line.

Streaming & Stability

What internet speed do I need for 4K?
For 4K Ultra HD content, we recommend a stable speed of 25 Mbps. For HD content, 10 Mbps is usually enough. For best results, use a 5GHz Wi-Fi band or an Ethernet cable.
Why is my channel buffering?
Buffering is often due to ISP Throttling or slow DNS. We highly recommend switching to Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1). Check our DNS guide for the fix.
Do you offer a Catch-up feature?
Yes! Most of our premium channels include a 4 to 7-day Catch-up feature, allowing you to replay your favorite shows or matches you missed.

Is my payment secure?
